Power Carpet Cleaning

Sectors

Commercial carpet cleaning, by venue.

Large, high-traffic spaces where floors are an operating asset — and closing the room is not an option.

Commercial work is most of what we do, and in these buildings the carpet is rarely the hard part. The schedule is. A ship sails whether or not the stateroom is dry, a concourse has to be presentable before doors open, and a gaming floor never closes at all. The method we bring is chosen around that window rather than around whatever our equipment happens to suit.

In practice that means interim encapsulation where a space cannot be taken out of service — carpet is back in light foot traffic in two to four hours — and restorative hot-water extraction on a longer cycle, judged by soil level rather than by the calendar. Wool and wool-blend Axminster, common in hospitality public areas, is cleaned inside the pH range wool tolerates and rinsed back to neutral before we leave.

Power Carpet Cleaning has been IICRC Certified since 1995 and is accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Four carpet mills — Brintons US Axminster, Mohawk Industries, Masland Contract and Milliken — send us to inspect flooring claims and carry out warranty work on their behalf.

Five South Florida venue interiors seen through arched openings: a hotel lobby, a convention centre exhibit hall, a theatre auditorium, a stadium club concourse and a cruise ship atrium, every floor freshly cleaned
